A Hard Day, Action Genre Entry to MMFF 2021
It was sad that the current crisis does not make it easy to hold big art/film events, but the Metro Manila Film Festival will be held this December 25-January 8, and one of the successful entries is directed by Law Fajardo, A Hard Day , a remake of the 2014 Korean film. It stars Dingdong Dantes and John Arcilla. Please watch it, be safe!
Nerisa is Opening Film for 28th FACINE
Nerisa will be the opening film at the 28th Annual Filipino International Cine Festival FACINE which will take place on November 5–7, 2021. The film stars Cindy Miranda and Aljur Abrenica, supported by AJ Raval, Sheree Vidal and Sean De Guzman, with veteran actors Elizabeth Oropesa and Bembol Roco.
New Film Mahjong Nights
Director Lawrence Fajardo and his team has just finished filming Mahjong Nights which stars Angeli Khang, Mickey Ferriols and Jay Manalo. They are supported by Arnell Ignacio, Liz Alindogan and Jamilla Obispo. The film will be released for streaming by Vivamax on November 12, 2021.
KINTSUGI (BROKEN) at the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2020
Among the many opportunities that came our way wherein we were able to showcase our art is the film Kintsugi (Broken)’s inclusion in this year’s Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino, which also won the Best Editing award. We at Pelikulaw, with Director Lawrence Fajardo wish to thank the crew, the cast and all those who made the it happen and gave their support; and certainly we cannot forget those who watched and understood the message of the film. Thank you! It’s been a difficult year but may you have a good Christmas, and be strengthened for the next year!
Kagat ng Dilim TV5 “HUKAY”
One of the things Director Law Fajardo has been busy with this year is shooting episodes for TV5’s Kagat ng Dilim—one is Hukay led by Cristine Reyes, and 14th Floor which stars Kim Molina.

A remake of a South Korean film, A Hard Day is a film under Viva and directed by Lawrence Fajardo, starring Dingdong Dantes and John Arcilla. It is also an official entry to the 2020 Summer Metro Manila Film Festival.
